Dr. Jerry is a board-certified Podiatric Surgeon known for his patient-centered approach and commitment to personalized care. He believes in taking the time to fully understand each patient’s story in order to develop tailored treatment plans that address their unique needs and lifestyle. From custom orthotics for athletic performance to total ankle arthroplasty for complex joint conditions, Dr. Jerry is dedicated to finding the most effective solutions for his patients.

He earned his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine—one of the nation’s most established podiatric institutions—and completed a rigorous three-year surgical residency at Northwest Medical Center in Margate, Florida, where he served as co-chief resident. His additional training includes fellowships at the Liako General Hospital in Athens, Greece, and the Bako Dermatopathology Laboratory in Georgia.

Dr. Jerry holds medical licenses in both Florida and Michigan and is an active member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and the Florida Podiatric Medical Association. Outside the office, he enjoys tennis, ocean-related activities, and spending time with his young daughter.

Milton A. Rosario

Milton A. Rosario, DPM, AACFAS

Dr. Milton A. Rosario is a Podiatric Surgeon at Podiatry Health Services, LLC. A native of New York City, he earned his bachelor’s degree in Biology from the State University of New York at Purchase College, followed by his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine in Independence, Ohio. He completed a comprehensive three-year residency at the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center, with a strong focus on adult foot and ankle reconstructive surgery, sports medicine, trauma, and limb salvage.

Dr. Rosario specializes in a wide range of lower extremity conditions, including acute sprains and strains, ankle instability, arthroscopic surgery, flatfoot deformity, degenerative joint disease, tendon disorders, diabetic foot care, fractures, and general podiatric concerns such as bunions, hammertoes, and plantar fasciitis.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Dr. Rosario is dedicated to providing compassionate and accessible care to a diverse patient population. He takes great pride in building strong relationships with his patients and is known for his enthusiastic and patient-centered approach to care.

He is board-qualified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and is an active member of both the American Podiatric Medical Association and the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.
